Most jobs are done in a few hours and rarely more than a day.

We offer two paths for work, unlicensed and licensed  contractor. The key difference is the rate you pay. For most small lower risk jobs ≥ $500 are handled by a single provider at a lower rate.

For  larger Home & Professional work and projects we can provide* licensed services associates and reflective cost.

Both "paths" are insured 1/2M

 * We have strategic relationships with several quality contractors and and typically get better pricing as we streamline the concept and estimating phase. 

Yes we do.... with millions of square feet of retail and commercial spaces under our belt we can develop concept layouts/ plans to help you explore options and opportunities for growth.

This planning may be used to assess site/ scope feasibility, establish budgets and in some cases preliminary landlord* and agency review.

*We strongly recommend the use a "Tenant Rep" to help negotiate your business lease. There knowledge and foresight can make all the differance in the success of your venture.
